Help.

Does anyone have any good ideas for dinners to have while I'm packing everything up. Stuff that I can freeze or not use tons of pots & pans and goes with plastic/paper stuff. Oh yeah, the cheaper, the better, too. Anyone?

  1. Chicken & rice casserole. Mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2-1/2 cups milk, 2 cups rice in a 9x13 with whatever spices you like (onion, garlic, pepper, etc.). Put 3 pieces of frozen chicken breasts (or tenders) on top, cover with foil, and cook for 90 min at 360. Sprinkled cheese on after is good as well. Not quick, but easy and cheap.

  2. chicken enchiladas? I use corn tortillas, fill with a mix of sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken and green chilis. fill a 9x13 pan with enchiladas, then pour the remaining filling on top, and top with cheese. You can freeze until you are ready to eat. Just pop in the oven at 350 for 1 hour, or until bubbly and melty.

  3. i know this will sound crazy...but waffles. Use a mix, like Krusteaux that only requires water to be added. fast. easy. cheap. not much mess.
